About Us

We are Matt and Tiffany Jager.


For over fifteen years, we have served through our ministry, Reconcile to Father, an inner healing and deliverance ministry devoted to revealing the Father heart of God and bringing healing, freedom, and restoration to the lost, the wounded, the sick, and the tormented.


Our mission is to continue the works Jesus Himself proclaimed, preaching the Gospel, binding up the brokenhearted, and proclaiming liberty to the captives (Luke 4:18).

Reconcile to Father exists to reveal the Father heart of God, restore identity, and walk with sons and daughters into healing and freedom.

 

We are deeply committed to not only seeing lives restored, but also raising up repairers of the breach who carry restoration into individuals, families, and generations.

 

OUR STORY

I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord!

Tiffany’s call into ministry was forged through profound personal loss.
In 2011, after discovering her biological mother deceased, the Lord met her in the depths of grief and spoke a life altering commission, to become a repairer of the breach (Isaiah 58:12). Biblically, a repairer of the breach is someone God uses to stand in places of brokenness and participate in His work of restoration. What was birthed through tragedy became a lifelong devotion to seeing hearts restored and lives healed.

In October 2021, Matt suffered acute respiratory failure and endured a fifty day hospitalization, including eleven days on a ventilator. During this battle, his heart stopped three times. One of those moments lasted five minutes, during which he encountered Jesus. Though given less than a five percent chance to live, God intervened miraculously. His survival became more than a testimony.
It became a mandate:

“I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.”   (Psalm 118:17).

Following Matt’s recovery, we sensed a clear calling to carry both the ministry of Reconcile to Father and the testimony of God’s power on the road.


Today, we live and travel full time in our motorhome, following the Lord’s leading to bring prayer, healing, and the Gospel wherever He sends us.


Together, we are driven by a singular passion, to reveal the Father heart of God, restore identity, and witness Jesus bring healing, freedom, and restoration to wounded hearts and bodies.


Everything we do is rooted in the authority of Scripture, the finished work of Jesus Christ, and complete dependence upon the Holy Spirit.

Prayer appointments are available in person, via phone, or through Zoom.

Each session is approached with prayer, discernment, and a deep reliance upon the Holy Spirit’s guidance, with a central focus on healing, freedom, and reconciliation to the Father.

This season has only deepened our trust in the Lord and strengthened our conviction that He is faithful across generations.

Tiffany serves as a director within the Gathering of Neighbors Collective, helping steward chapters, cohorts, and the prayer team.
